Planes
1 hour to get to Llanbedr.
Scheduled flights from Amsterdam (KLM), Paris (Air Wales/bmibaby), Geneva (bmibaby) and some others.
1½ hours to get to Llanbedr.
Scheduled flights from Brussels (SN Brussesl), Paris (BA), Berlin (easyjet), Frankfurt (BA), Hamburg (easyjet) and Munich (BA), Amsterdam (KLM and easyjet), Budapest (easyjet), Milan (BA), Rome (easyjet), Madrid and Barcelona (both easyjet), Geneva (easyjet) and Zurich (BA). And, amazingly, New York (on Continental).
2½ hours to get to Llanbedr.
Nearly every airline flies there except Ryanair and Easyjet.
Other London airports 3 plus hours as you need to get across London (or around London) to go west for Wales. Stansted is probably the furthest and it may take 4-5 hours to get there. Luton and/or Gatwick are better.
Car Hire
All the usual suspects will be around at airports.
Abergavenny is the nearest station. From London Paddington or Reading (both have good connections to Heathrow) or Bristol Parkway (from Bristol Airport), change at Newport (which is on the mainline west from London Paddington).
For train times go to www.nationalrail.co.uk. If you are coming on Saturday morning, allow at least 1 hour to get to the church.
